Refund policy

At Abracanda Press, each copy of Stories Untold is carefully produced and packaged with attention to detail. Because this is a limited-edition art book, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your book arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly make it right.
Returns
- We only accept returns if your item arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect.
- To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at calla@callafleischer.com.
- Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage so we can assess the situation quickly.
Refunds
- Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Alternatively, we can replace your book for another one.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the damage occurred during transit.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges, unless it is to replace any damaged/defective product.
- If your book is damaged and you would like an exchange, please follow the information above and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at calla@callafleischer.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
